Any injury this close to a Grand Slam tournament is bound to make anyone concerned.

Rest assured, tennis fans: Coco Gauff does not share your concern.

Though the Roland Garros finalist was forced to retire from her opening-round encounter with Marie Bouzkova—trailing the affable Czech, 7-5, 1-0 after rolling her ankle late in the opening set—the newly-crowned doubles No. 1 took to social media on Wednesday to assuage supporters all would be well in time for the US Open.

“I have gotten tons of really nice messages of concern,” Gauff wrote. “I promise I am ok! The world is not ending lol! I have been told it is most likely a really minor sprain so everything should be healed soon.”

The 18-year-old has maintained her spring momentum throughout the summer with back-to-back quarterfinal appearances in San Jose and Toronto. At the latter, she won her fifth career doubles title to top the WTA rankings for the first time in her young career.

Ranked just below her career-high ranking of world No. 12, Gauff clearly aims to be back in action at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, where she will undoubtedly look to make a long-awaited Top 10 debut.
