It was Vogue last year and now it's Elle. That's right, Iga Świątek is the latest covergirl for Elle Poland's January issue. The fashion and lifestyle magazine just released photos on Instagram and spilled what fans can expect from their exclusive interview with the 20-year-old.

"She is twenty years old and is one of the world's top tennis players," they wrote on Instagram. "She is the only Pole who won the Grand Slam tournament at Roland Garros courts and is in the top ten of the WTA ranking.

"But Iga Świątek, the cover star of the January issue of ELLE, is more than a sportswoman, which she proves even in our session."

Donning an elegant two-piece noir ensemble, Świątek is effortlessly glowing on the Elle cover. The shoe game also confirms the queen of the court can make just about anything look trendy. The flaming orange sandals look very similar to the disposable foam slippers handed out to customers receiving a pedicure at a nail salon and yet she's rocking the look.

Other than pulling off statement styles for noted magazines, the Polish player has continued to find success on the court. She claimed two events—including Rome's WTA 1000 with a freakishly-stirring 6-0, 6-0 victory over hard-hitting baseliner Karolina Pliskova in the final. The world No. 9 also secured a spot in the prestigious year-end event in Guadalajara, and came out with two group stage wins over Paula Badosa.

Currently she is enjoying a much needed break in Annecy, France before gearing up for the 2022 season. According to her Instagram story she's already back in the gym and was spotted tackling a tough workout on the rowing machine.

The 2021 season marks her first time finishing in the Top 10.
