The fourth edition of the team event that was created in honor of 11-time Grand Slam champion, Rod Laver is officially underway. The Laver Cup will pit the Top 6 competitors from Europe against six of their counterparts from the rest of the world. Team Europe remains spotless, holding a 3-0 record thus far.

Team World will look to change that narrative by claiming their first Laver Cup crown in Boston at the TD Garden.

Following a busy day of getting suited up for team photos, Team Europe enjoyed a nice evening out together at dinner. Daniil Medvedev, Matteo Berrettini, Casper Ruud, Alexander Zverev, Stefanos Tsitsipas, and Feliciano Lopez were all spotted bonding before the action begins. However, one particular Team Europe member really stood out from the rest, and that was Andrey Rublev.

Yes, he smiled at the table just like his teammates for the photo, but the words on his t-shirt garnished a little bit of attention on social media.

“I’d let you drag me through hell if it meant I could hold your hand," the shirt states.

Rublev seems to be very expressive with his fashion choices, typically opting for a clean, streetwear style outfit. Perhaps Rublev is trying to tell fans something? If he is, they certainly are paying close attention and are ready to listen.

Day 1 of Laver Cup action will commence with Team World's Reilly Opelka vs. Team Europe's Casper Ruud.
