Aryna Sabalenka gets real with Garbiñe Muguruza: “I’m not a big dancer!

Aryna Sabalenka is a multiple-time Grand Slam winner, a multimedia content creator, the most dominant woman of the season so far and one of the most marketable athletes in the world.

Turns out, there’s a few things off court that have stumped her—as she revealed on an episode of VIP Tennis Lounge with Garbine Muguruza. But true to style, Sabalenka is still determined to give it her all, like when it comes to her famous TikTok dance videos.

“I’m not a big dancer!” admitted Sabalenka, who named Imagine Dragons and Teddy Swims among her favorite artists during the interview.

She clarified: “I can dance, but for me it takes forever to learn the dance and then to film it.”

And when it comes to cooking? Forget that too. The Belarusian, who has her own personalized acai bowl with Oakberry as well as a signature cocktail—the aptly named MargAryna—with Dobel Tequila, said there will be no home cooking during dinner at Casa Sabalenka.

“I can (bake) some cookies,” she concluded. “My grandma used to cook for me my favorite ones… Maybe that’s why I’m bigger, because I was eating too much of the cookies when I was a kid!”
