Has Fabio Fognini entered his popstar era?

On Saturday, the Italian unveiled a new look on Instagram. It’s one that certainly catches the eye…

Trading in his dark brown hair, Fognini showed off bleached-blond highlights. His eyebrows were not colored to match.

“Rate from 1 to 10,” the 37-year-old cheekily asked his followers.

The former world No. 9 isn’t the first ATP player to try out the lighter roots. From Roger Federer and Richard Gasquet to Dominic Thiem and Casper Ruud, it’s been seen before—though all of the aforementioned names went for it much, much earlier in their careers.
