INDIAN WELLS, Calif.—On Saturday morning at the BNP Paribas Open, Elina Svitolina and Gaël Monfils worked out together as fans began trickling in to get ready for the opening slate of matches. Both will take the court Sunday, with Svitolina set to play Sorana Cirstea in the third round and Monfils kicking off his campaign against Gianluca Mager.
