You know the good old saying, "what goes around comes back around"? Well the phrase was in full effect on Thursday at the BNP Paribas Open when Grigor Dimitrov showed yet another act of kindness on the court.

The world No. 28 dropped the first set against Hubert Hurkacz, but was leading 5-4 in the second set. Hurkacz cracked a flawless out-wide first serve, but it grazed the net causing an unfortunate let call. While Hurkacz was standing in disbelief that the ball clipped the tape, a ball girl was attempting to retrieve the tennis ball—which was sandwiched between the fence and the court.

Bending down and pulling as hard as she could, she tried multiple times before calling it quits as she didn't want to interrupt play. However, Dimitrov noticed her struggling and quickly ran over to help. The 30-year-old grabbed it and handed the ball over to her and it brought the biggest of smiles onto her face.

The less than five second exchange was perhaps one of the cutest moments we've seen all tournament.

Hurkacz ended up blasting another out-wide serve and Dimitrov stretched to hit a crisp slice crosscourt. The Pole rushed the net, hitting a down-the-line backhand volley, but Dimitrov came up big, tracking the ball down to whip a forehand passing shot seamlessly past the No. 8 seed. He also ended up winning that game to force a final set.

Now that's what we call good karma.

Dimitrov claimed the match, 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (2), and is through to his first Indian Wells semifinals and the victory also saw him to his 100th career-match win at the Masters 1000 level. He will next face Cameron Norrie for a spot in the final round.
