After preparing Jannik Sinner for “an absolute riot” in a potential matchup at the upcoming Australian Open, Nick Kyrgios has been pronounced dead—by AI, that is.

"I would just get every single person in the crowd to get on him,” the Aussie said about a face-off with the world No. 1 in Australia. “I would just turn it into an absolute riot. All respect would go out the window, and I would just do anything to win."

While the internet debated on the outcome of the match and the possibility of a same-side drawing at the Melbourne major, one fan took to AI to declare Kyrgios’ downfall. All respect went out the window with this one.

Sinner, wearing a confident smirk of approval, stands over a deceased Kyrgios in an open casket. The caption reads, “Jannik Sinner and Nick Kyrgios after their Australian Open match.”

To which Kyrgios replied, “mad AI photo – can we do one with clostebol?” Clostebol is the banned substance which sparked Sinner’s positive drug test earlier this year.

With a the Australian Open draw ceremony still weeks away, there’s plenty of time for more banter—not to mention a possible AI rebuttal.

Kyrgios made more waves with his official return to tennis in announcing Novak Djokovic as his doubles partner at Brisbane International. Not only will Nick and Novak share the same side of the court, but their coaching corner will be led by none other than Sir Andy Murray.

The new season has yet to begin, but the long-awaited Kyrgios comeback is already spicy.
