She's my cover girl! Marketa Vondrousova and Zheng Qinwen are gracing the pages of a pair of fashion magazines ahead of the Paris Olympics: Czech Esquire and Harper's Bazaar China.

Vondrousova joined four other Czech athletes in the special spread in Czechia, where she donned an edgy black dress with a lace overskirt that paired well with her recognizable tattoos. Styled by Lenka Kermes and photographed by Benedikt Renc, Vondrousova was joined by archer Marie Horackova, fencer Alexander Choupenitch, judoka Lukas Krpalek and cyclist Iveta Miculycova for the shoot, who together have four Olympic medals.

The 2023 Wimbledon champion, who this year became the second woman to lose in the first round of her title defense at the All England Club, hopes to bounce back in Paris after having been one of the stars of the prior Olympics.

She was a silver medalist three years ago in the COVID-19-delayed Tokyo Games, where she defeated torchbearer Naomi Osaka along the way before losing to Belinda Bencic in a three-set final. In her second Olympic appearance, she'll also play doubles with Karolina Muchova.

Zheng, meanwhile, is the cover star solo for her country's August issue of Harper's Bazaar, the second time in less than two years she's featured in the magazine. She was also the focal point in 2022, shortly before she was named the WTA's 2022 Newcomer of the Year.

Now the Australian Open finalist and a Top 10 player, Zheng was styled by Wang Hao and photographed by Zack Zhang for the newest photo shoot, where she posed in street wear, formal attire, and athleisure apparel on a tennis court.

Since becoming the second woman from China to ever reach a Grand Slam singles final in January of this year, Zheng's portfolio has grown to include a partnership with the luxury fragrance and cosmetics brand Lancôme.

She's also growing more comfortable in front of a camera. Last year, for example, she was the cover star for another fashion magazine in Asia: China's GQ.

Zheng is set to make her Olympic debut when the tennis event gets under way in Paris in a little more than two weeks' time.
