In recent times, Novak Djokovic has commemorated a handful of his wins with a violin celebration.
The move was inspired by his daughter Tara, who began playing the instrument early last year, and Djokovic introduced it on the grandest of stages during a run to the 2024 Wimbledon final. The Serb later brought it back en route to striking gold at the Paris Olympics and a Miami Open runner-up finish among other events.
The gesture has seemingly hit all the right notes. In a new advertisement for Asics promoting its upcoming New York Collection, Djokovic pulls out a real violin to ‘play along’ with a section from The 4 Seasons, Antonio Vivaldi’s most iconic work of art.
