Nadal Alcaraz Paris

Olympic fever is officially here!

Many of the biggest names in tennis have returned to the transformed grounds of Roland Garros in preparation for the Paris Olympics. Including two superstars set to debut together on the global stage.

On Tuesday, Carlos Alcaraz shared a special photo from inside Court Philippe Chatrier. Standing next to him: Rafael Nadal, his doubles partner.

Alcaraz will be seeded No. 3 in singles, while Nadal will be floating unseeded. (Players from nations with three or four competitors will be drawn in different quarters of the 64-man field. Players from countries boasting two contenders will be drawn in opposite halves)

Alcaraz will make his Olympic debut after completing the Roland Garros-Wimbledon double in raising his major title collection to four trophies. Nadal, fresh off a runner-up effort in Bastad, has previously brought home gold in both singles (2008 Beijing) and doubles (2016 Rio de Janeiro) for Spain.

Now to decide, what to call the iconic duo? Raflitos? Nadalcaraz? Alcaraz is open to suggestions.

Draws for all events are due to be released Thursday. Tennis action launches Saturday with first-round singles and doubles action.
