TRAILER: Six Kings Slam features Nadal and Djokovic like never before

The “kings” of tennis are returning to the Kingdom.

The Six Kings Slam is back for a second edition as the star-studded exhibition tournament returns to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from October 15-18, 2025.

The news was announced Wednesday by Turki Alalshikh, Saudi Arabian sports promoter and Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, who revealed the first round of marketing posters.

This year’s lineup includes returning stars Carlos Alcaraz, Novak Djokovic and Jannik Sinner, joined by fresh faces Taylor Fritz, Alexander Zverev, and Jack Draper. A newly released poster series features each player styled in royal crowns and graffiti-like scribbles highlighting their biggest achievements.

“The kings are back,” Alalshikh wrote on X, formerly Twitter. “The world’s Top 6 tennis players clash in #SixKingsSlam Championship, part of #RiyadhSeason this October.”

The second edition of the Six Kings Slam will take place at the ANB Arena in Riyadh, shortly after the Rolex Shanghai Masters. It’s a part of Riyadh Season, a monthslong ‘festival’ of global entertainment, music and sporting events taking place in the Saudi capital during the cooler winter months.

The inaugural event made waves last year, drawing global headlines for its high production value, star-studded matchups—Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal faced off, as well as Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner—and record-setting prize money.

Last year, Sinner pocketed $6 million for defeating Djokovic in the final—a payday that surpassed even the recently announced $5 million awarded to the 2025 US Open singles champions. All participating players also reportedly received an additional $1.5 million just for competing.

The event debuted with a cinematic, five-minute trailer that portrayed the athletes as “kings” representing regions of the globe—setting the tone for a tennis spectacle that pushed every boundary.
