She's secured the bag! Sloane Stephens has announced the launch of a limited-edition collaboration with GOT BAG, an eco-friendly backpack and luggage company that creates its pieces from plastic ocean waste.

Stephens' capsule collection, released Monday, will consist of three pieces, all in a muted gray colorway dubbed "porpoise": a versatile tote bag, and two cross-body bags in two different sizes. Designed with Stephens' input, the bags also feature the words "calmness & confidence" embroidered on them, in tribute to her grandfather.

GOT BAG creates its merchandise from plastic waste found in coastal areas, rivers, and the ocean on the Indonesian island of Java. The plastic from 19 communities is collected, cleaned and sorted, then pelletized, with the granules formed then transformed into yarn to create products sold on its website and at retailers including Free People, whose activewear collection Stephens wears on court.

Since its 2016 founding, GOT BAG has recovered and recycled more than 2.2 million pounds of plastic trash.

The tote bag retails for $79, with the large and small cross-body bags retailing for $49 and $39, respectively. Twenty percent of the proceeds from the sale of the bags will benefit Stephens' eponymous charity foundation, founded by her, her mother Sybil Smith, and her uncle Roland Smith. Since 2013, the Sloane Stephens Foundation has worked to provide under-resourced youth with health, wellness and educational opportunities.

After a whirlwind spring season, which included the launch of her podcast, an appearance on NBC's Today Show, and the announcement that she'll produce a forthcoming Amazon Prime documentary on junior tennis, Stephens opened her grass-court season in Birmingham on Monday with a 6-3, 6-3 win over China's Yuan Yue.
