Garbine Muguruza is currently visiting IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla, and taking advantage of their world-class training facilities. In an Instagram reel posted on Tuesday, she enters the gym with an expression that says she’s ready to work—and work she does:

The fast-paced video takes fans through a typical workout for the two-time Grand Slam champion. Muguruza covers movements targeting many of the major muscle groups, performing them with an expertise one only gets from being an elite athlete. The session included medicine ball slams, single arm rows, and some fast-feet drills that will no doubt increase her agility on court. Muguruza ends the workout with a quick rest, followed by an ice bath. It’s enough to make anyone who watched the video while sedentary feel motivated to get up and get moving.

The 27-year-old is coming off her second Olympic run, where she reached the quarterfinals in singles. She fell to Elena Rybakina in straight sets, but has clearly wasted no time getting back to work. Muguruza is training vigorously for the hard-court swing, and her next stop is the National Bank Open in Canada.
