No. 3-ranked Alexander Zverev can't seem to catch a break lately as he continues to exit from tournaments early. On Thursday, he was ousted by fellow 21-year-old Jaume Munar in the Marrakesh round of 16 in Morocco.

The top-seeded German took a wild card into the tournament to get his clay-court swing started, but he didn't get the results he was looking for. So far this season, four of his five losses have come against players ranked outside the Top 50.

Right before last year's US Open, he hired eight-time Grand Slam champion Ivan Lendl to help break his Grand Slam jinx, but has yet to get that monkey off his back. He did, however, win the ATP Finals at the end of last season.

As for the No. 60-ranked Munar, he continues to climb up the rankings. Up next for him is Frenchman Benoît Paire for a spot in the semifinals.
