Jack Draper is already laying the groundwork for his 2026 comeback—and according to reports, he’ll have a new voice in his corner when he returns to the tour.
The British No. 1 has appointed Jamie Delgado, who worked with Andy Murray for five years, as his new lead coach ahead of the 2026 season, according to The Times and BBC.

The move also means longtime coach James Trotman will step back from his full-time role in Draper’s camp, though he will continue to assist throughout the year. Trotman has guided Draper’s rise since 2021, helping him climb steadily up the ATP rankings and peaking at world No. 4.
Delgado is expected to travel with Draper for most of the season. As The Times’ Stuart Fraser reports, Trotman expressed a desire to spend less time on the road.
